Return Credit

As soon as we receive the return package, we will return your money back. If you ordere by the credit cards or paypal, we will credit you to your account within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. We can only refund shipping costs if the merchandise is defective. We want to make your purchase experience as easy and safe as possible.

Jewelry Products are refundable within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used. Jewelry Returns that are sent to us without the proper PO# Order Number or without their original box/package with receipt will be refused. Please contact Customer Service to receive a return label.

 Perfumes are refundable within 7days from you recieved the package. Perfumes must be not used and in their original condition. Returns that are sent to us without the proper PO#Order Number or without their original box/package with receipt will be refused. Please contact Customer Service to receive Return Authorization prior to making your item to receive a full refund. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Buyers is also responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.

We test all items before they are shipped out to ensure proper working condition.

We only offer  merchandise of the finest quality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience at our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.  We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise (see Return Procedure).
